Grey Squires-Binford is a shareholder with Killgore, Pearlman, Semanie & Squires, P.A., in Orlando, Florida, having joined the firm as an associate in 1990. Her practice area covers a wide array of commercial transactions and disputes including real property, secured lending and business transactions, broker disputes, title claims, construction defects, banking litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, commercial collections and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy proceedings.
