David earned his BS degree in psychology with a minor in education from the University of Central Florida. David later attended Mercer University School of Law where he earned his JD degree and a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. Upon graduation, David served as a prosecutor for the Florida Department of Children and Families in Miami, FL and later a Staff Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida in Hillsborough County. Prior to joining Killgore Pearlman P.A., David served as an Associate Attorney at a local firm specializing in homeowner and condominium association law. While in this role, David led the firm’s covenant enforcement litigation department and served as a co-leader of the firm’s mediation team.
