Brittany obtained her J.D. and LL.M. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord, NH. During law school, she contributed to the UNH Law Criminal Practice Clinic, representing indigent clients in court proceedings, and later joined the Intellectual Property and Transactions Clinic, where she represented clients in trademark matters. Brittany previously litigated first-party property claims on behalf of homeowners, developing a strong foundation in case strategy through conducting depositions, participating in mediations, engaging in motion practice, managing complex discovery, and negotiating settlements. She now focuses her practice on defending insurance carriers, bringing a balanced perspective and deep understanding of both sides of property disputes.
